A third party comes to our company to inspect the factory for our  disposable syringe and insulin syringe. the main flow as following :

1.  Definition

Customer: refers to the final buyer or brand.

Middlemen: traders who purchase goods from factories and sell them to customers.

Factory: refers to an enterprise that produces goods.

Audit Company: A professional organization that performs audits. Common ones are: INTERTEK, SGS, BV, TUV, UL, etc.

2 .Apply

Initiation: Factory inspection is generally initiated by the customer, or the middleman applies to the customer for factory inspection when applying for a new factory to join.

Submit application: The intermediary or factory submits a written audit request to the customer.

Confirm audit: The customer agrees to this audit and designates the relevant audit agency.

Pay audit fees: The factory pays relevant fees to the audit agency (such as audit fees, travel expenses)

3.Plan

After receiving the audit fee, the audit company will send an audit questionnaire and confirmation letter to the factory, which will be filled out and sent back by the factory.

Based on the audit questionnaires responded by the factory, the audit company formulates an audit plan and makes an audit task plan within the company, including the arrangement of auditors and audit dates.

4. Implementation

On the specified audit date or audit notice period, the auditor of the audit company goes to the audited factory to conduct the audit.

The review process includes:

1. First Meeting

2. On-site inspection

3. Document verification

4. Employee interview

5. Last meeting

5. Improve

After the audit is completed, the factory will receive the problems found during the audit on the same day. Generally, the unit that applies for the audit within 7 days will receive a complete audit report from the audit company.

The customer requires the factory to conduct a corrective and preventive action report based on the severity of the deficiencies in the audit report.

Depending on the customer's requirements and the completion date of corrective and preventive actions, annual audits or follow-up audits will be scheduled.

If the audit result is qualified, the annual audit will usually be scheduled every 12 months.
